Promo code activation failed

Fix referral errors including device already referred.

If a promo or referral code fails on Profile > Free Tokens, match the on-screen message to the steps below. Referral rewards: 100 tokens for the referrer and 50 for the invited user, separate from the 30 welcome tokens for new accounts.

If activation still fails

  1. Update the app to the latest version on web, iOS or Android.

  2. Sign out and sign in again with the same account.

  3. Pull to refresh your token balance on Profile.

  4. Contact support@vocalingo.app with the exact error text and promo code.
