Reading an entry

Each entry in Usage History shows:

  • Type: the transaction category (see table above)

  • Amount: how many tokens were added or removed (positive = added, negative = spent)

  • Reference: which tool or operation triggered the transaction, for example Chat, Text to Speech, Video Translation

  • Date and time: when the transaction completed

  • Status: Completed, Pending or Failed

Frequently asked questions

Token costs are based on actual usage: duration for video and audio, character count for TTS, message length and model for Chat. Check Token pricing for each tool for detailed per-tool costs.

Pending means the transaction has been initiated but not yet completed. For example, a video translation charge is created when you submit the job and changes to Completed when processing finishes. Failed transactions are not charged.

A Failed transaction means the operation did not complete successfully and no tokens were permanently deducted. Your balance is not affected by failed entries.
