Need a voice-over for slides, a video or a written article? VocaLingo's Text to Speech turns any text into natural-sounding audio in seconds.

Steps

  1. Open Text to Speech from the Tools tab.

  2. Paste your presentation script or article text into the input field.

  3. Tap Choose Voice and pick the voice that fits your content:

    • OpenAI voices (Alloy, Nova, Onyx and others) — natural and expressive

    • MiniMax HD voices — warm and human-sounding, great for longer narration

    • Your own custom voice — if you have created one in Custom Voices

  4. For OpenAI voices, scroll down to Instructions and choose a preset or write your own: for example, "Professional presenter voice, clear and confident."

  5. Tap Generate. The audio is ready in seconds.

  6. Listen with the player, then tap Save / Share to export the file.

Tips for a better voice-over

  • Break very long texts into sections and generate them separately — this avoids hitting any length limits and makes editing easier

  • Use the News or Teacher preset for a professional, confident sound

  • If using a custom voice, record your sample in the same language as the presentation
