Using custom voices in Text to Speech
How to select a custom voice in Text to Speech and what to expect on first use.

Custom Voices are voice clones you create from your own recordings. Once created, a Custom Voice appears in the Text to Speech voice picker and can be used like any standard voice.
How to use a custom voice
Open Text to Speech from the Tools tab.
Go to the Voice tab and tap the voice selector.
In the voice picker, scroll to My voices. Your Custom Voices appear there.
Select your voice and go back to the Text tab.
Enter your text and tap Generate.
ℹ️ The first time you use a MiniMax Custom Voice, there is a one-time activation fee of 150 tokens. After that, the voice is saved and each use is billed at the standard per-character rate.
Creating a Custom Voice
Custom Voices are created in Settings. Go to Profile and tap My Voices. From there you can record your voice or upload an audio file. See How to record or upload a voice sample for the step-by-step process.
