VocaLingo Chat includes a code interpreter — a secure environment where the AI can write and execute code to process data, create charts and generate files.
What the code interpreter can do
Analyze data — upload a CSV, Excel or any tabular file and ask the AI to summarize, filter, pivot or find patterns in the data.
Create charts — ask for a bar chart, line graph, pie chart, heatmap or any other visualization. The AI generates the chart and shows it in the chat.
Run calculations and scripts — the AI writes a script, executes it and shows the output. You can ask follow-up questions and the AI will adjust the code.
Generate downloadable files — the AI can produce Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, text files and other formats. A download button appears in the chat when a file is ready.
Process documents — extract tables from PDFs, reformat text files, merge datasets and more.
How to use it
Just describe what you want in plain language. The AI decides when to use the interpreter.
Examples:
"Analyze this sales spreadsheet and show me a bar chart of revenue by month."
"What are the top 10 entries in this CSV by value?"
"Calculate the average and standard deviation of column B."
"Create a new Excel file with only rows where column C is greater than 100."
Attach the file using the paperclip icon, then type your request. The AI will process it and display the result — including any generated chart or file.
Downloading generated files
When the AI creates a file as part of a code execution, a download block appears in the chat. Tap the download button to save the file to your device.
