Push notifications not working
Fix missing push alerts including Video to Text ready notifications.

If VocaLingo push notifications are not arriving, follow these steps. This article also covers alerts when Video to Text or Translate Video finishes on the server.
Step 1: Check status in the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications.
Status should be Enabled. If Disabled, follow Push notifications.
Step 2: Check device settings
iOS: Settings → VocaLingo → Notifications → Allow Notifications on.
Android: Settings → Apps → VocaLingo → Notifications → allowed.
Web: allow notifications in the browser when prompted.
Video to Text ready notification
When Video to Text finishes transcribing a long video, VocaLingo can send a push notification and an email. Tapping the notification opens the tool and loads the result from History.
During processing, if push is enabled, a hint on the screen tells you that you can minimize the app and wait for the alert.
Translate Video and Add Captions can also notify you by email when a server job completes. See Video processing takes too long or failed if the job failed instead.

Expired push token: log out and back in
