If a payment for tokens or Premium failed or was not reflected in your account, here is what to check.
Steps to resolve
Check your payment method. Make sure the card or payment account has sufficient funds and the details are correct.
Wait a few minutes. Payment confirmation can sometimes take a few minutes. Close and reopen the app to refresh your balance.
Restore purchases. On iOS or Android, go to Profile, open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases. This syncs completed purchases from the App Store or Google Play.
Check your bank or payment app. Confirm whether the charge actually went through on your side.
ℹ️ If you were charged but tokens or Premium did not appear, contact support at support@vocalingo.app with your purchase receipt and we will resolve it.
