Users in Russian time zones may see a VPN recommended banner on the Tools tab. Some AI providers can be unreachable from Russia without a VPN; the banner helps avoid failed requests and errors.
When it appears
The banner shows once on the Tools screen if your device time zone indicates Russia and you have not dismissed it before.
