Not enough tokens
What to do when the app shows an insufficient tokens error and how to top up your balance.

If the app shows "Insufficient tokens," your balance is too low to complete the requested action. Here is how to resolve it.
What to do
Buy tokens: go to Profile and tap Buy tokens. Packages of 100, 1,000 and 10,000 tokens are available.
Subscribe to Premium: a Premium subscription adds 1,000 tokens to your balance each month. Open the Premium screen from Profile.
Check what you are processing: some tasks cost more than others. Translate Video costs 5 to 10 tokens per second of video. Try a shorter file if the cost is too high.
