How to fix it

  • Convert the file: if the format is not supported, convert it with a free online tool (e.g. CloudConvert or FreeConvert).

  • Compress the file: if the file is too large, use a compressor (Handbrake for video, Audacity for audio) to reduce the file size.

  • Trim the file: split a long recording into shorter segments and process them one by one.

  • Use a link instead: for YouTube, Instagram or TikTok videos, paste the URL directly into the app instead of downloading the file first.
