I didn't receive the login code

What to check and do if the one-time sign-in code has not arrived in your email inbox.

VocaLingo signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email. If the code has not arrived, here is what to check.

What to check

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder. Automated emails sometimes end up there.

  2. Confirm the email address. Make sure you entered the correct email on the sign-in screen.

  3. Wait a few minutes. Email delivery can take up to 5 minutes under high load.

  4. Check your internet connection. The email may not have been sent if the connection dropped at the moment of the request.

  5. Request the code again. On the code entry screen, tap Send code again.

  6. Check if your inbox is full. A full mailbox cannot receive new emails.

ℹ️ If your email contains a "+" symbol (e.g. user+tag@gmail.com), try signing in without the alias. These addresses may not be eligible for the sign-in code.
