In the app: Profile → Terms of Use
Key points
Acceptable use: the service is for personal and commercial use. You must not use it to process content that violates the law or the rights of others.
Account: you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Tokens: purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies (App Store, Google Play).
Content: you retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the service, you grant VocaLingo a limited license to process it using AI providers.
Changes: we may update the Terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
