How to restore purchases

Sync missing tokens or Premium after reinstalling the app or switching devices using Restore Purchases.

If you bought tokens or subscribed to Premium and they are not showing in your account, use the Restore Purchases option to sync your purchases.

When to use Restore Purchases

  • You reinstalled the app and your tokens or Premium are missing

  • You signed in on a new device and your purchases are not visible

  • You completed a payment but the tokens did not appear in your balance

  • You previously had Premium and it is not showing after signing back in


How to restore

  1. Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Scroll down and tap Restore purchases.

  3. The app will contact the App Store or Google Play and sync your purchases. This usually takes a few seconds.

  4. If purchases are found, your token balance and Premium status will update automatically.

ℹ️ On iOS, Restore Purchases uses your Apple ID. On Android, it uses your Google Play account. Make sure you are signed in to the same account you used for the original purchase.
