Text Translator converts text from one language to another using AI models. It detects the source language automatically, supports voice dictation, and can read the translation aloud.

When to use

  • Translate a message, sign, menu or document from a photo or clipboard

  • Quickly dictate a phrase and get the translation without typing

  • Listen to the pronunciation of a translated phrase

  • Translate text when you need to read the result rather than hear a voice conversation

How to start

  1. Open Text Translator from the Tools tab.

  2. Type or paste text into the source field. You can also tap the Dictate button to speak and have your words transcribed automatically.

  3. Select the target language at the top right.

  4. Translation starts automatically after you finish typing or dictating. The result streams in real time.

  5. To hear the translation, tap the Listen button. To copy it, tap Copy.

ℹ️ The source language is detected automatically on the first translation and shown above the source field. You can change it manually at any time, or swap the two languages with the swap button.

What you get

  • Translated text streamed in real time below the source field

  • Detected source language label shown automatically

  • Voice playback of the translation via ElevenLabs (tap Listen)

  • Session history: all translations are grouped by session and accessible from the history icon
